They're not good enough when it comes to softness and mainly the comfort and reducing the pain
The neck support is not that stable and cooling effect is just for the marketing and it's a gimmick believe me it just have some holes for the air like any other memory foam pillow in it's category, it's not worth it if we're paying for such a brand like this one, it'll feel more harder as compared to the other pillows, I'm going to try SleepyCat ones since I'm returning these now.
