Drying time: approx 10 minutes @ 18 Degrees C Coverage: 6-8 sq m per 500ml (depending on porosity of wood) Bolgers Light Fast Wood dye is a premium quality, spirit based formula of alcohol, solvents & high quality colourants. Most spirit dyes are formulated only on alcohol, which dries too quick, making them only suitable for smaller areas. The advanced formula of Bolgers Light Fast gives an extended drying time of approx 10 minutes to help avoid overlap brush marks, giving better even coverage and ideal for large surface areas. Colour chart is for reference only, results will vary depending on the wood and application. To avoid shading issues mix the required number of bottles together in a suitable container before application, always test colour on similar wood being stained to gauge the colour. Areas of wood with knots and an open grain will absorb more dye and be darker than close grained wood Notes on colours There is no British standard of wood colours and Bolgers Wood dyes are not copies of other brands and the colour chart shown is a guide only.
