Melatonin without a fight
We have been using this product for years to keep my granddaughter on a schedule for school. They are mild and don’t knock her out. She just goes to sleep quietly without fighting us. Since it’s summer now we have cut her from two to one a night,

Great for kids
I love this product for my kids. It helps them relax and fall asleep naturally. I have found it to be effective for him to sleep. My five year old has been taking them for a year and loves the taste

Tastes good but didn’t work for me
The taste is good but I have a mind that doesn’t like to shut off when I sleep and these didn’t pull through for me. Looks like I need the melatonin.

Too much sugar
This claims to have a “low sugar” content but at 8g per serving that’s on the high end for a sleep supplement. Most I’ve tried are 2g at most. This worked but I cannot bring myself to ingest 8g of sugar 30 mins before bed every night. Please come out with a lower sugar content version.
