Go to food colouring
I've switched over to only using colour mill and I dont think I'll go back. I fond them great for buttercream and mock ganache. Slowly collecting all the colours.

Chocolate not coffee
Always love colour mill but this colour was more ‘chocolate’ to me rather than coffee. Always great quality.
