I've been using these regularly at night for calm, and helps comedown from medication, which can give me clenched jaw. It seems to relax muscles for me better than magnesium on it's own. Generally soft and chewy but have seen them harden after a long period (6+ months), or melt together in extreme heat, but that's usually not a problem if stored well and used regularly. Why did you pick this product vs others?: So far the taste is great, good for helping with restlessness and sleep. Good value for money, as other brands are twice as much. I haven't seen much improvement in behavior though.

These were just ok. I thought the flavor and texture was good, but I didn't notice a difference in how they made me feel. The big negative is that they stick together in a big blob so I had to use a fork to get them out of the container and pry them apart. Maybe they need some sort of granulated sugar coating to avoid this. My other gummy vitamins from other brands do not have this problem. For $20 per bottle I would expect better!

My nine-year-old has been taking these gummies for a while now and they do not work. Before you state the obvious about these being focused on adults, my child takes them because the children's gummies do not work either; so, I decided to try these which have twice as many milligrams of the child version. But they definitely do not work. I also tried them for over a month on myself just to see if they would actually work for adults and they also did not work. Would not recommend.
