provides good support, comfortable to wear

This ankle brace is built well, and the straps are useful, however, it is made so that it doesn't fit around my Achilles heel correctly. It is extremely loose there and with no way of tightening correctly. Unfortunately because of this it will not work for me. If you have larger calves and lower legs, I believe you would have the same problem

The brace has solid plates around the ankle to keep it from moving. It’s advertised as one size but was a little large for a not super small woman shoe size 9.5 and it was hard to get it tight enough around the foot/lower ankle without gapping. Seems it would work better for a man or someone with a larger ankle but otherwise well made and designed.

I wear a size 8M women’s sneaker bought Medium.It is extremely tight. Once I got it on I could not get it off no matter how hard I tried. I had to cut it off & even then it was challenging. Size up if you must have product

This OPPO RA300 Adjustable Ankle Stabilizer Brace provides moderate support for mild ankle strains and instability, at best. While the design is nice and clever, but it’s far from perfect. The open-heel design allows for some flexibility, but the one-size-fits-all approach did NOT work at all for me. the semi rigid plastic meant to provide support did not reach my ankle when i had it strapped up. It rested behind my ankle, not providing the support I required.In addition, as I walked the velcro loosened, providing even less support. I don't think my ankle is overly large, and I have a shoe size 11, but definitely did not work for my needs.In the attached photo, I have drawn lines where the support plastic rested when I had it fully strapped up. This may work better for a smaller foot/ankle, but definitely didn't work for me. Back to an ace bandage, for now.

Easy to put on. Really helps give stability.

With my chronic ankle pain, I am always looking for a brace that could make my daily walks more comfortable. I have worn the Oppo Ankle Stabilizer Brace for several days and have had less painful walks. I also wore it in bed to stabilize my ankle since even slight movement is sometimes painful. I like its open-heel design, making it easier to wear without wearing extra socks or another brace on my other foot for even balance. The binding straps keep it snug to provide better stability. So far, I am happy with this product.

The ankle strap on the upper half of this brace does a good job of stabilizing a weak or painful ankle because of the adjustable thick Velcro that secures that area. The less perfect fit is on the bottom half because of the inserted plastic stays that prohibit the two bottom Velcro straps from a snug fit. Perhaps if this wasn’t a “one size fits all” item”, then it would be a much better fit for the foot in addition to the ankle.Even so, the fabric made of nylon, foam, polyester, and elastane overall provides a comfortable cushiony effect once the best way to secure the top and bottom Velcro straps is achieved. However that may will take some experimentation.
