So you want you skin to be clear, soft and silky? Here is the soap to try. I have ordered several of the French Marseille type soaps and this one is spectacular. I ordered the long box that has six bars of soap. Am still on the first bar of soap as it lasts a good long while. Scent is quite mild. I wasn’t buying it for that - mainly to have well cared for skin.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me. They sent their lavender soap. I cannot even describe how great this soap smells. I wish my entire house could smell like this. Why does it smell like burnt tires ? Almost like it didn’t cure right. Kinda tough for a marseille - which usually has a neutral scent. This one smelled absolutely foul.

What a find. My husband gave me as a gift with my French Beret. We have reordered three times so far and will not go back. There is a slight but pleasant scent and it makes your skin feel silky. It makes a good lather and lasts long enough for both of us using it making it a good value for the cost. The natural olive oil is not greasy, but moistens skin in a unique way.

I had high hopes for this soap, but it is just OK. It doesn't seem to moisturize any better than other soaps and it has a smell I wasn't expecting: it has a masculine sort of woody earthy smell. The scent doesn't last on your skin, but it was still a surprise. I doubt I would purchase it again.

This hefty bar of soap lathers well and lasts a goodly amount of time. The unscented feature made me get used away from perfumed bath soaps…the addition of olive oil was a plus…I get the perception that this soap is an alternative to the deodorant soap bars that behave in the fashion of room deodorizers and heavily scented fabric softeners.

Je trouve que l'odeur est un peu forte , ça pique le nez par rapport au même savon vendu il y a 2 ans auparavant. La formule a t'elle changé ? A part ça ce savon lave bien le corps et fait beaucoup de mousse
