I really like this ice cream scoop, it is one continuous piece of metal rather than having anything to press on the side. It is very strong and can tackle pretty hard ice cream. It is the perfect size for scoops for cones and works really well, the scoops are nice and neat. The scoop feels quite weighty and well made. It goes in the dishwasher and cleans really well. The handle is a nice size and easy to grip. I have had several scoops over the years and this is easily the best one that gets the best result easily. It wasn’t the cheapest scoop but it will last for years so will be good value for money. I would recommend this to others.

Used this scoop for ice cream on a banana split, it worked well as the dishes were smaller that I used , the scoop wasn’t as large as I thought for the balls , but served its purpose and the ice cream came out easily wihout the aid of a scoop release . For ice cream cones , you would need 2-3 for a larger ice cream . But good value for money , will last a long time .

Been wanting one of these for ages. Its sturdy, arrived on time and does the job. I heat it up a bit under a hot tap which makes all the difference. Its simple to use and the ice cream pops out easily.

So professional, I feel like I could open my own ice cream shop! All of my previous ice cream scoops have been in two pieces and in my impatience and not allowing the ice cream to thaw adequately I have bent both of them out of shape. Thankfully this is in one solid piece and there is no danger of my bending it!There is a warning emblazoned on the side which warns against putting in boiling water (which is something I had a habit of doing previously) which I think is because it would heat up the handle and burn your hand. I'm happy to abide by the rules and wait a little extra time for the ice cream to soften - or alternatively just soaking it in warm water instead of boiling.Easy to clean and I believe dishwasher safe! Also just looks very professional and makes perfect little scoops.

Not dishwasher proof. The handle is hollow and gets water in from washing that you then can’t easily get out.

It's a pretty good size, it is of acceptable quality, it makes proper scoops of ice cream like the other one does, it is very functional, its grip is very good, its use is a pleasure to experience its dishwasher safety is okay but you will have to dry it after you've washed it..It is a very good scoop indeed.
