The high-quality craftsmanship is inspected by independent QC technicians and certified before shipping. IT IS AN AWESOME UTILITY KNIFE! Since this product's launch the reviews have been outstanding. Can it be closed with one hand?

This is not a utility knife to be closed with one hand. The release lever is very taut and difficult to press down with one hand or finger. Even with excellent one-handed dexterity, I suggest using two hands to close this very sharp utility knife.

The tiny allenhead screws on my amazing knife have loosened and fallen out. Can you direct me towards replacements?
