Motorcycle Body Armor Jacket with Chest Spine Protection

I have used this on 5 rides each ride was in the dirt/rocks and was about 2 hours long. This saved me already but protecting me from a cactus i hit when it was dark. My elbow would have really been injured from a cactus hit. I didn't feel it in my elbow at all but my leg which was unprotected sure did. This has a lot of size adjustability and fits me really well. I am able to kind of lock it into place so that it doesn't shift on my body which is very important. The large velcro belt (we used to call them (cumber buns) is also a nice feature to have on those long bumpy rides.

It fit my grandson perfectly. The pads are heavy duty. I feel that it will protect him while riding. However I thought the shirt would have been thicker material. It was very thin. I thought it was more like a jacket but it wasn't

Slips on easier than I expected

A necessary U̶g̶l̶y̶ bit of kit. Conversation in Emergency rooms is plainly not worth what it costs. This is unpleasent to wear tangles when on a hangar and is the best thing to wear when the termperature is above 90 degrees. I just cannot cheerfully recommend it to anyone for comfort or style or wash-ability or anything else. _Except without it you'll find a very large E.R.bill for the short lengths of thread in elbows and shoulders._

I am taking up mountain biking again after shoulder replacement surgery and was scared to death of going over the handlebars and destroying the shoulder. I am 65 and don't heal as well anymore. I had something like this when I rode quads years ago and remembered it saved me a lot . So bought this and of course it got immediately "fall " tested. Not over the handlebars but a good ground strike nonetheless. My "non" surgery shoulder took the hit with all my 240# body and 60# bike. Did a number on my ribs ( side impact just compressed everything) but the shoulder and elbows survived. Well made with a removable gut belt and back protection. Wish it came in white since the black gets hot but I deal with it. For the price the quality and protection are great. Definitely a good investment

Worked well & survived falling off at 20mph. No injuries to chest & arms. Should've ordered the leg pads & I paid the price. Make sure you get the leg pads too.
