These bands are a must have for any golfers who want to maintain good leg muscle strength and endurance. There are other bands that are good too. But I like these because it’s easier to start up & begin exercises with or to start putting in work while swinging a golf swing trainer or golf club. You just insert both feet and you’re ready to go. The others require you to sit down and fasten the velcro straps. Which isn’t bad but just slower. I give it 5 stars but there’s a glitch this morning on this platform and it wouldn’t let me give 5 stars.

I love the versatility of this contraption. It can be as easy or difficult as you want to make it. The most important thing is that it improves your flexibility and strength for your golf swing. I am also an avid runner and the workouts using golf forever has improved my running. Golf forever reach out to me . I own a fitness business and will sell each one of my clients a set. Item came in exactly as expected. Very pleased with the purchase and transaction. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the exercise bands. They appear and feel very durable.

Love that these are fabric - no pinching! They also don't roll because they are thick. However, they tend to want to slide down the leg, especially if you're wearing leggings or something else slick (which is pretty much any athletic wear these days). They would have been better if they had some rubbery nubs on the inside to grab your pants. There are other brands that do this, at least add a little texture to stop the slipping. They work, but they aren't perfect.

Great to stretch while using the bands.. .helps me quiet down my lower body while i turn with the upper...

Great mini bands that you can use for so many different things. Great to use with the Golf Forever app workouts, and I imagine any other workouts too. Quality is amazing and the fabric is very comfortable. Very reasonable price for the quality. Can't recommend enough

Bought to replace older vinyl stretchy exercise bands which had dried out. These are fine, have significant resistance. The lowest resistance level is perfect for my fitness level. Kind of can't imagine using the higher levels. Width wise, this would only work on someone who is somewhat trim. If you have thick thighs they might be too tight. I'd say they are fine. Not the best not the worst. The fabric appears to be durable and high quality. But I wouldn't pay a premium for them.
