TAN REN Butcher Knife for Meat Cutting, 7" Full Tang Meat Cleaver

So first, I'll say that I really like that this knife is just one solid piece of steel, so there's no chance of the blade breaking off of or out of the handle. It feels very solid. I received the knife right before Thanksgiving, so I decided to use it to carve the Turkey. Before I even got that far I was washing the knife and just barely tapped my finger with the blade. Finger split wide open, from just a light tap. This blade is SUPER SHARP. Once I stopped bleeding, I Finally got around to carving the turkey. Just like my finger, this blade sliced smoothly through the bird. It cut the joints at the legs/thighs apart easily. It's such an improvement over most other kitchen knives I've tried. Highly recommend this knife.

Full tang, full flat grind, sharp. Handle scales are well fitted the tang sits just proud in a few spots enough to catch your fingernail on but you don’t really notice while holding the knife. Quality knife at a good price.
