This is a good solid step ladder and lives up to expectations. There were a couple of oddities though. They supplied two totally useless spanners, while I actually required a screwdriver and pliars for the small nuts and bolts. The instructions warn against standing on the top step as one might fall, in which case what use is a three-step ladder? Otherwise happy with my purchase.

This ladder is very sturdy and practical as I usually feel quite unsafe on a normal ladder but the handrails make all the difference. Very pleased indeed.

Good quality, easy to put together, took longer to get it out of packaging. The locking release could be a lot better will be modifiying soon. Seems guite stable seen many types with cross bracing at much lower prices. The description pictures clearly show that these steps have cross bracing. Only given 4* as steps not the ones shown.

Really solid set of steps. Yes, they are a tad heavy but this equals stability. Some reviewers mention that the bolts are too long, but they need to be tightened up with a suitable socket and screwdriver to bed them home securely. These provide sturdy reassurance for oldies like me who still do things involving steps which they probably shouldn't be doing, but hey! You are only as old as you want to be.

Somewhat flimsy, not engineered well, spanners supplied useless, auto-locking step catch doesn't work properly. Instructions say don't stand on top step - not much point in having three steps then, is there? In short, Chinese-made rubbish.

Excellent strong pair of step stools. Not too big, perfect for my requirements.

Just what I needed safety handles are great. Only downside is they are cumbersome ans heavier than expected. For safety are great
