Junction box plastic 8x4-pole

First time using a junction box like this on on our trailers. Have to say will yes then again. Very well thought about easy to use and makes life easy.

I like the design with the blade connectors much better than screw terminals connector block. Its difficult fitting two earth terminals into one screw terminal. This makes it easier. As with all these types of boxes, its tricky to get the lid on and aligned. I found to tighten the lid up nice and tight to ensure that the seal is being squashed around its circumference, means that the two screws protrude through the back of the box a bit. No issue if mounted on wood, but something to consider if mounting on metal. You will see this if you tighten them up before fitting the box. You can't cut the screws as you would never be able to assemble it. Otherwise, it is what it is.

One thumbscrew had a chip out, and the lid can’t fit tightly because of the profusion of the entry / exit channels above the surface the lid closes on. Certainly not remotely watertight.

Habe die Dose im Außenbereich liegen, da ich hier die Gewegleuchten damit verbunden haben.Erfüllt seinen Zweck recht gut und bin zufrieden damit.

Ich habe sie an einem Traktor verbaut an den Trennstellen Getriebe/ Kotflügel. Sehr saubere Sache.

Verteilerdose ist nur für den Innenbereich geeignet. Dose ist nicht wasserdicht. Typisches Produkt aus fern Ost.
