Some of my friends don't think Chromium helps with weight loss, but it works for me; my weight stays constant and this formula has added dandelion, magnesium and a bit of B12

When I wanted to lose weight, I thought this is part of the solution. Needless to say, It didn’t make my dream true, you need to admit you are addicted to sugar and take serious steps to stop your cravings. Tablets alone won’t help.

I got this with my mum in mind because its combination of ingredients includes a couple of things she buys already. She takes magnesium for ‘restless legs’ and B12 (as she finds when she supplements this she is less tired). It also has additional ingredients that help with blood sugar levels. It seems like a good combination for anyone experiencing those things. We have had a number of supplements from Vegavero and they have been high quality in the past. This seems to be the same. There is a three month supply in the bottle if you take one a day. This should be ample to notice how effective it is for you as everyone’s body reacts differently to things. Information on the bottle is in a number of languages but is in a tiny font so is difficult to read for those who have poorer eyesight. It is still early days and hard to fully review this yet, as you can understand as these supplements take time to have an impact. But my mum does appreciate the combination which is cost-saving in the longer term, compared to buying the supplements individually. To summarise, this is a good multi-supplement if you know what you're looking for.

I have used several of Vegaveros supplements and like them all very much. Well sources ,quality materials I have found over time . They are well made and well researched. I got the Chromium Picolinate to help with sugar cravings and getting so weight off. too soon to know but it really does help ease the craving for sweets. This is a good company with good things and I find this already helpful.

this is a good supplement, it seems to level me out somewhat, i do worry about interactions with alcohol a bit tho.. best research it a bit, i think i'll use it sparingly for now
