This is a great supplement. It gives me more energy and helps to overcome fatigue every day. This one also contains vitamins and chromium, which makes it even more effective. L-carnitine helps with fat burning. Although I think it would take a bit longer to notice the effect. I feel more energetic and overall more active already though. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant taste or smell. I'm really happy to have found this supplement.

I started taking L-Carnitine 2200 mg to enhance fat burning and increase endurance during workouts and active workdays. I took it 30–40 minutes before running or intense physical activity, and on non-training days — in the morning on an empty stomach. At the time, my physical activity included 2–3 runs of about 5 km per week and an active job throughout the day. Already in the first week, I noticed that I could handle longer workouts more easily, felt less fatigued, and recovered faster after runs. In terms of fat burning, the effect became noticeable after 2–3 weeks — I lost around 1.5–2 kg without losing muscle mass, and my muscle definition improved slightly. I liked that the supplement works gently: no blood pressure spikes, dizziness, or overstimulation like with some stimulants. L-Carnitine 2200 mg has become a great addition to my nutrition and other supplements, especially during periods when I want to preserve muscle while reducing fat and boosting endurance.

I'm not sure if it was my body, but.i didn't notice any difference whilst using these.

Brilliant product, great for weight loss and energy

Works for me, more energy after taking it. Taking it after having only a carb shake first thing in the morning and you get really hot afterwards so I'd imagine it would help with fat burning if that was your goal but for me it helped to boost my recovery. You could see the HRV going in an upward trend on fitbit. Great price, easy to swallow.

I honestly do not know if this truly works ( however there is science around carnitine and chromium) or it is the best ever placebo 😄but it works for me. I have lost 2 stone ( capsules + diet +exercise) . It helps me curb the appetite and no more unhealthy cravings. thank you Superself!
