Would someone kindly give me directions how to use this to combat thinning hair? I ordered it but the label is in German...which I do not speak.

First of all, there is nothing on the label about using it for hair loss. There have probably not been scientific studies the prove it stops hair loss. If there were, it would cost much more. The label talks about healthy scalp and dandruff. But, my German barber has been using it on clients for hair loss since he went through his apprenticeship in Berlin 50 years ago. He has used it himself and has a nice head of hair while his two brothers are bald. I have been using it for about 10 years and my hair thinning appears to have stabilized-it does not grow new hair so you have to start early enough. Instructions: Moisten the scalp and massage it for a few minutes at least once a day. Massage here means move the scalp, not just wet it. If you are in the Chicago area, I can give you the name of the barber who does a great head massage with the product.
