Took a while setting it up, but it's a great doorbell without subscription! Very happy with it 😊

Add on to the Eufy doorbell camera.
Ours is linked to a Homebase 3, alongside a floodlight PIR camera. We ordered the additional chimes, due to the distance between the HB3 and the end of our bungalow and a deaf hubby. First check on Eufy website as there are compatability issues dependent on which camera and Homebase you have. Amazon sold this as a package with the E340. Really simple to install the app, add the cameras and the clarity of image is excellent. The chimes installation instructions miss a stage, but the app is so easy to use we soon worked out the missing stage, which is to go into the camera section and switch on the extra chime. Loads of YouTube vlogs on installation. Also link to Google Home. So much better than our Reolink cameras.Only reason it wasn't a 5 was needed updating, said it hadn't updated, but I looked at current version and it had installed and app didn't tell us to go into the doorbell cam to complete the step to link the two. Easy to sort out in the end, but spent nearly an hour sorting it out and retesting it until it worked.

Good accessory
I bought this with a Eufy E340 doorbell cam as I didn't want the homebase 3 for video storage and needed a chime as we don't have smart speakers. This does both so is great value for money.Once set up, it works well and the volume can be adjusted. It can only connect to 1 doorbell at a time and has 8 pre set chimes to choose from.So far I would definitely recommend this in combination with a doorbell cam and sd card.

Clear picture easy set up
Very clear picture easy to set up and connect to my power supply allows me to monitor my drive and front door when I’m away from home No monthly fees to pay so what’s not to like ?

Not my absolute cup of tea
Works okay but no where near as good as the Ring Video Doorbell. Overpriced product I think.

Simple and works
Linked up perfectly with eufy e330 door camera that i have hardwired in . Cant fault.

Does not work
Failed to connect to two separate hubs BT and Google Pro. Told me to go to system settings to find eufy chime 7576 but it was not listed. Tried everything. No answers to be found anywhere. Returned
