As bit basic but worked fine on a PC
I used the cable to connect the USB-C port on a windows PC to the 3.5mm Aux jack of a sounder. To item cables credit everything worked fine and the cable was picked out as an audio out device on the PC. My only issue was the the sound quality was limited to just 16-bit/48Hz sound. I am not sure why but the sound from the soundbar was fine. It was detected as an Intel USB Audio device. I also used the cable to connect a pair of Beat Solo 3 headphones to the pcs USB-C port and it also worked fine. This surprised me a little as the 3.5mm jack on the Beats is very small and most 3.5mm adaptors don't fit. In summary it works fine although I could not get the higher quality sound as advertised and there are no instructions etc provided to advise of any needed steps you may need to take to get this from a PC..
