Soon Veggie Ramyun Noodle Soup (Pack of 5) 560g

I actually tried this whilst on holiday in Malta and it was delicious, I brought a carton back with me too. So disappointed they don’t do this in the cartons, but will be purchasing more.

These are so good, packed full of flavour not like supermarket versions. Yes the ingredients and salt content is kind of alot but as a treat its fine, in my eyes anyway. It has only a slight heat to it 🌶. If you want to change it up a little then you gotta add 1/2tbsp of PB. So good! Love this brand of noodles and the pricing on here is the reason I keep reordering.

These noodles are great, they have a nice punchy taste and a very nice level of heat. If you don't like spicy these might not be for you but I would say these are more on the medium level of spicyness. So on the other hand if you love spicy food these might not be strong enough for you. The noodles are really easy to prepare and my favorite thing about this brand is the texture of the noodles, they are bouncy and firm yet not too firm. They have a very satisfying texture that you don't get in alot of other instant noodles. Would Recommend!

Good noodle, but like with many Nongshim noodles, I think they overdo it on the salt. You can get round this by using half the sachet, and tipping the broth away after noodles are eaten, but I would prefer they reduce the salt, and make it more interesting with more mushroom and vegetable spices. Still, a good noodle, a solid 4/5.

Delicious! You can choose if you want bits in it as the packets of flavour come separately and it has a incredible taste with a slight kick to it. I hate really spicy but these are just enough.

These noodles are simple to make and so great if you are Veggy. The broth is just the right spice and the noodles stay firm. Much better than other brands. Great value too.

I had a look through the reviews before I cooked it for the first time. I read one reviewer recommend to cook the broth separately to the noodles. I’ve done this and will do this all the time now 🙌 (I prefer a strong broth) I cooked the noodles in a pan and threw away the water. In a separate pot/container I had boiled water (I halved the value due to personal choice at 200-250ml) added it to the broth and veggies. Added in a bowl with a little bit of sesame oil. Love. It! Tiny bit of heat 🌶️ to this soup but it’s not too much to handle. I’m going to buy this again. Very happy 🍜 UPDATE: I’ve started adding TVP (pea protein) to my broth while the noodles cook to add some more nutrients to the soup. This has become my favourite way to eat this and now my favourite noodle soup

We love Ramen noodles in our house and found these ones to be the best ones for flavour with the right amount of heat, not too spicy and great for vegetarians and vegans.

As someone who loves ramen but avoids meat-based broths, these noodles are a lifesaver! The flavor is rich and satisfying, without that artificial taste some instant noodles have. The texture is perfectly chewy, and the broth has a nice garlicky and slightly spicy kick. I only wish the portion size was a bit bigger, but other than that, these are easily my favorite vegetarian ramen
