For the Price, Well Worth It
No, it's not top-tier components- but good enough for my son to play Overwatch on medium to high settings with a consistent frame rate and minimum screen tear... I priced around a lot for an entry level custom gaming rig for him- and this one has the specs that are priced much higher elsewhere. Build quality was great, and the shipping materials were secure.Upsides:- It looks impressive. Fired up, the LEDs make it look like Cirque di Soleil is hiding out in your bedroom. Its fairly quiet, even running full tilt- the case seems high quality for sure.- I got Core i7, 32gig Ram, Radeon RX 580- a TB of storage... not the highest specs, but it is a DDR 4 Motherboard so it can be upgraded when ready and can run many games off Steam at high specs. For less than $600... its fantastic.- Ours worked right out of the box- Windows fired right up, plenty of docs to help if need be-Everything but the monitor and internet included. I priced around NewEgg, custom build sellers, used, CostCo- everywhere. I couldn't get these specs at that price anywhere else.Downsides:- I read all the reviews and was warned- I can't say enough- Be prepared to wire this to ethernet. Or purchase a higher quality external WiFi adapter that interfaces with ethernet. The Wifi capabilities of this out of the box is unusable.- Its nice it includes a mouse, keyboard, mouse pad, and sound bar- I hate to actually complain... but the keyboard and mouse especially are not the highest quality at all. They work, they all light up, and honestly, most desktops of any major vendor does not come with these accessories anymore, so for essentially freebies, they work. Just know if your gamer is picky about their gaming mouse and keyboard, an upgrade is likely needed.Final thoughts- I have been very impressed with the quality and performance of this machine. Honestly, for the price, it beats out a lot of the mainstream desktops on the market from HP or Dell. Great Comp.

“LOOKED COOL, BUT CRASHED, OVERHEATED & DIED — DO NOT BUY”
I really wanted to love this PC — specs looked great on paper, the RGB lights gave me hope, and I was excited to finally dive into some gaming. Instead, I ended up with a nightmare in a case. Here's everything that went wrong:🔹 Overheating from Day OneStraight out the box, the CPU was running at 120–125°F (over 50°C) with nothing running. Playing even a light game like League of Legends would cause the system to crash like someone yanked the plug. I monitored temps and confirmed it was overheating while idle. Not okay.🔹 Faulty HardwareThe speakers didn’t work, and when I pressed the mouse buttons that came with it, they sank inside the shell and got stuck. Feels like the cheapest peripherals they could find were bundled in to look impressive.🔹 Hard ShutoffsThis wasn’t a blue screen or a software issue — it was a full system shutdown whenever any graphics load hit. It did the same thing at the exact spot multiple times. That’s either a power supply failure, GPU issue, or both.🔹 Returned ImmediatelyI contacted Amazon support and they confirmed the product was defective. The company had no more units in stock, so they could only offer a full refund. At least Amazon handled that part well.---⚠️ Final Verdict:This PC might look cool with all the RGB, but underneath it’s a hot, unstable mess with subpar parts. If you're serious about gaming or even just want a PC that stays on, skip this one.💡 Tip: Monitor temps with HWMonitor and stress test with OCCT. If you see high temps on idle or hard crashes during basic use — return it immediately. Don't risk your data or safety.

Great PC for the price
This computer is a good option for a more budgeted PC. It runs smoothly and powers up quite quickly. The noise level is great it's not loud at all. The size is good for a deskt beop PC not to big or to small. My only problem so far is the network you might want to get an adapter if you get this PC if you don't want to have network problems.

Old Computer Parts
After booting up the computer, I noticed the Processor is in fact a I7 but what they don't tell you is it's a 4th gen meaning it's about 10 years old. This may not be an issue for some games but alot of the newer games. The last of use can use up to 16 cores/threads but the CPU that was shipped only has 8 cores/threads. If they gave the information on the Processor on the selling page, this would deter that issue as you wouldn't buy it expecting a CPU that's within 2-3 years. I feel they don't give information as people that buy it probably don't know what their buying after receiving it keep it thinking it's a up to date gaming computer.Everything that it was sold with (headphones, speaker, mouse, keyboard, are very cheaply made.Everything inside the desktop visually looked good.Pros:Good for normal day to day useCan play low end games like League of Legends or minesweeper, probably even Minecraft.Cons:1. Not Upgradable (without replacing all the main components: CPU/ Motherboard / Ram)2. I did not see TPM 2.0 as the BIOS was 10 years old, so I HIGHLY doubt it's Windows 11 capableNote: Windows 10 End of Life is October 14, 2025 so at that point this machine would no longer get updates from Microsoft and companies will stop supporting it some time after that.3. It's 10-year-old equipment.4. Tried playing World of Warcraft but feels clunky.5. They are not giving all the information on the selling page, company deceiving customers.
