Great product. Functional to a tee. Thickness, quality, and comfort are unmatched.

As the product comes vacuum sealed, it took about 40 minutes for it to fluff up and be ready to use. It is very soft and the snap at the neck line was fine, I saw othered reports of damage, No damage here. The product feels nice and firm around the neck. The price was on point. The eye mask for me is just an extra, it’s not the greatest quality but it wasn’t the reason I bought the product anyway. Overall, I think it was a good choice for me and the price was great.

Substantial and comfortable. Excellent price. I use these neck pillows all the time even when I’m sleeping in my own bed. I sleep much more comfortably with them and my last two had gotten pretty ragged. Good choice.

Perfectly supports the neck and very comfortable. Great foam inside to make it comfortable once on it’s not going anywhere helps me in many ways especially with the arthritis in my neck while I’m watching TV. It gives me comfort can also be used for pillow. I recommend it compared to some others I’ve had that aren’t as nice a foam interior. Outer cover, excellent material and comfortable.

The pillow is very soft. A little two squishy for my liking. I feel like you could still wake up with neck pain because it not super solid. My pillow also didn’t come with the mask that was advertised.

I gave this to someone as a present and they loved it. It comes vacuum sealed in a small box, but after taking it out, it took about 12 hours to really get to its full shape. Very comfortable to wear, soft, supportive (supports the neck well), easy to use.
