This is very nice looking in person. It seems like a great solution to keep the laptop out of my daughter's backpack. This suitcase appears to be well made and durable. It rolls and spins easily, and the handle extends and retracts well. The only downside in this design is that the laptop pocket definitely reduces interior packing space. It is a trade off worth making for our uses, but good to keep in mind. The cosmetic case is nice, well made, and cute...but not practical for airline travel since it's not what you'd want for your "personal, under the seat" item. Great for road trips though.

Made with sturdy zippers, lock, straps, handles, pockets and glides like a dream on pile and sculptured carpet. Also tile. Havent taken it on pavement yet, however others have in comments and said it was fine. I love the extra train case for toiletries, makeup, medicines, etc. It has an attachable strap that is high quality. One can either attach case to the carry-on or detach and use it as your personal item. Plenty of room in it. There is a pocket in the carry-on that's insulated to slip some snacks or small meals, etc to keep cold. Also a nice padded laptop pocket and one for a tablet. Along with pockets for cables and extra battery packs or whatever one needs. Paperwork, etc . Also has an outer C-port for charging your phone, etc. (battery not included). You won't regret this purchase. I got the grey one and it is stylish. Plus my significant other can borrow it since it isn't pink! 😊

Wonderful luggage! So happy with it. Was able to pack a lot in it for a 2 week trip to Europe. Sturdy and Attractive

Seems very small. The actual top to bottom without wheels and handle measures about 17 inches. But the quality seems good, hardshell. The normal outside zipper pockets are inside on this model, making it a safer place to tuck things into. I don't use the outside pockets on my other luggage much, due to security concerns. There is also a BUILT-IN usb-A type wire, which seems to attach to your battery pack, then you plug your device, by usb-A also, into the slot outside the bag near the locking mechanism. It has a cover over it. The connection seems chintzy, tho, and remains to be seen how long it will last. It also has a cooler pocket, but any food put there is likely to be smashed upon closing. It comes with a rather large cosmetic case, also, to be strapped on top.

This travel set is great quality for the price! I have used them so much since I purchased them running around the airports in the US. They stroll so smoothly, they hold a lot, I love the hard exterior, the front compartment for your laptop or tablet with a power cord for your electronics, the way the smaller case slides right on top of the suitcase makes life so effortless. I use the small travel case for a single over night bag as well. Fits a change of clothes, pj's and my toiletry essentials. Everyone asks me where I purchased them. I would highly recommend.

Really love the color, the material and how lightweight the luggage is. It appears to be durable but I'll update after a trip. I would love to give 5 stars, but I have a few flaws to point out. The handle feels really cheap compared to my other luggage. The handle compartment isn't glued down properly (see pic). The charger is only on one piece of the luggage which is the carry-on luggage. If I'm going on the trip that requires the checked luggage, I wouldn't be able to use. I feel it should be on all the luggage so you don't only have to bring that piece unless needed. The charger piece really sold me so I'm disappointed by that. I'm going to give it a chance before my final review. I did have to return the first order due to the handle being too loose. The second order was a tad bit better but not fully corrected. Message to Travel Arm, the handle need to be crafted better and more sturdy, the charger should be available on all pieces. Sometimes you may only need a checked bag and you can't use the charger as its not an option on the luggage. The airlines throw these luggages like rag dolls, you must make sure its durable for high intensity impact. Update: 12/29/2025 I've now traveled 3 times with this luggage and I wouldn't suggest using this if traveling by plane. The item is defective and I'm now in search for a better quality. The orange is coming off from usage and I haven't had it a year. This luggage looks like I've used it for years. Where the handle is, you can see it coming apart. I returned the first one due to the same thing. They replaced with no problem but now its doing the same thing. This quality isn't as good as I thought. This would be good for road trips only.

It has lots of room. I love the zippered side, i also love that it expands. My favorite feature is the case that can slide over the handles. It doubles as a larger personal item that's bigger than my purse.

I like the case and if you don't unzip the expansion zipper, it should fit most airline carry-on size requirements. I didn't use the smaller case, it was too small to use as my personal item/purse. I planned on not checking my bag but my trips were during the Federal Shutdown and the planes were full, due to the many other cancelled flights. Since I was flying alone without a seat assignment, I was going to be one of the last persons to board. We were told that there wasn't any more room for carry-ons so many of had to check our bags last minute, but for free. This happened on both flights. The departure flight caught me by surprise so I hadn't configured a new TSA code. For my return flight, I had enough time to set a code. When I got home, my new code didn't work, neither did the default 000 code. I ended up ordering TSA keys and finally was able to unlock my bag! I have spent a few hours watching videos and trying to set a new code but nothing has worked. Was going to return the case set but the seller requires it be packaged. Hubby already sent that to recycle so I am cancelling the return and will just use the TSA key in the future, to lock and unlock the bag. There is no way to communicate directly with the seller which is a shame. The problem is the reset button doesn't "move" like it is supposed to when using a pin to depress it. The wheel action is flawless! The color is bright! I had wanted the teal set but the delivery would be too late for my trip. While waiting for my departure flight, I saw a lady with the teal set and we compared our cases. I do like the teal better than the orange. I did put a 100 watt power bank in the provided spot and this was very convenient for powering up items during the long wait times to board. 1 star deduction for the lock not working properly and another 1 star deduction for lack of communication with the seller.
