The consistency is like strawberry 🍓 jam Smooth then you get a hit of chilli but not fiery chilli Really nice quality product and as I love chilli this stuff will be being used on everything Good Value for money for the amount the only critism is that because the bottle is so big I will have to decanter into smaller bottles to conserve the contents and personally you can get a better taste from blue dragon

J'avais pris la sauce Chili Thai, vu que la cantonaise etait absente. Pas mauvaise, piquante mais un trop fort gout d'ail séché qui fini par dominer. La sauce Peking en revanche est juste follement delicieuse: elle est pour moi parfaite en accompagnement de viande, de nouilles, de legumes, de tout en fait....même si il a fallut un mois d'attente par rapport au reste du colis, je pense sincèrement en recommander.
