A little more expensive than bovine sourced. Cannot tell which is better.

I took for testosterone but had other better side effect
As a male in my late 50s, I took this for a testosterone boost. On the third day, my joints were noticeably improved and balls of my feet no longer hurt. I changed nothing else in my routine. This reduced joint pain has continued as I am only in my 1st week of use.

Not a fan of pills, I wished it came in a gummy.
Did not see any significant changes after taking the prescribed dosage through the empty bottle.

Natural products that support health. Do as Ray Peat suggests and remove from capsule and mix with Vitamin E and melted butter for 85% uptake bypassing the liver with the lymphatic system vs 15% when taken in the capsule w/o solid fats
