Powerful, portable, and easily handles ice and frozen fruit. I own a few different Ninja kitchen products and have always appreciated their quality. I picked up this cordless portable blender for quick, on-the-go smoothies and protein shakes without being tied to a countertop outlet. ​The Good: ​Blends Ice & Frozen Fruit Effortlessly: Many compact, cordless blenders stall out the moment you add tough ingredients, but this handles ice and frozen berries with total ease. ​Truly Portable: The 530ml capacity is the perfect single-serve size. The leakproof lid and carry handle make it dead simple to throw into a bag or take on the go. ​Robust Build Quality: It feels solid, well-engineered, and durable in the hand—not cheap or flimsy like many other mini blenders on the market. ​The Bad: ​Hardly Any Negatives: Honestly, coming from someone who uses several Ninja appliances, there are virtually no downsides to point out. It does exactly what it promises on the box. It gives you full blender power in a cordless unit. It charges quickly, cleans up easily with a quick rinse or spin with water and soap, and hasn't leaked a drop. ​Bottom Line: If you want a reliable, heavy-duty portable blender that actually powers through ice and frozen ingredients without stalling, this is well worth it. I bought this Ninja Blast portable blender to replace my old manual shaker bottle, and it has easily been one of the best kitchen upgrades I’ve made. The cordless design is brilliant—I can pack my ingredients in the morning, take it straight to work or the gym, and blend a perfectly fresh smoothie exactly when I want it without hunting for a mains socket. For a mini blender, the blending power is seriously impressive. It blasts through ice, frozen berries, oats, and thick protein powders in under a minute without getting jammed or leaving any grainy lumps behind. The leakproof lid and sip spout design work flawlessly, meaning I can drink directly from the blending cup without making a mess or needing extra travel bottles. It’s also incredibly easy to clean; I just fill it with warm soapy water and run it for one quick cycle. The only slight drawback is that the battery life doesn't last forever, and I find myself needing to plug it into a USB-C charger after about 8 to 10 thick blends. However, considering how lightweight, compact, and powerful it is, it's a minor trade-off for the convenience. For the price, the premium build quality is exactly what you expect from Ninja. Highly recommended!

Got to be honest was a little nervous about buying this portable blender, but trusted the Ninja brand name so at a reasonable price thought I would give it a go! Absolutely amazing I use it a lot to make my own drink which is a cross between a milkshake and a smoothie I use fruit like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and melon especially watermelon and it blends all the fruit beautifully and then I add milk and Greek yogurt and some sweetener and blend again makes roughly 500ml of finished product and tastes supremely devine and then it’s so easy just to rinse the cylinder and the screw top and already for next time. Also charges very well so would highly recommended and as it’s portable so I’m gonna take it on holiday in a few weeks as well

I chose this portable smoothie maker because it blends ice which a lot of them don’t. Been using it daily and it cuts through frozen fruit in seconds. For a cordless blender it’s incredibly powerful. I love the fact that it’s all in one and you don’t have to mess around with a base and separate cups. It fits nicely in the cupboard with water bottles. I just rinse it out with soapy water after use and once a week I’ll put the cup in the dishwasher. It’s light enough for me to drink out of with the base attached. The major flaw is with charging. A full charge will only make one smoothie and then it will need charged again the following day. One thing I’ve discovered though is that you can blend while it’s on the charger. Does defeat the purpose of being portable since I have to plug it on the charger to use but it works for me. Another issue I’ve found is that the flip lid is quite loose and will fall back and hit you on the forehead while drinking. Overall I’m happy with it but it needs some improvements made.

We are so pleased with this blender! It's very simple to use and the cup feature is just perfect. It's also super easy to clean, you can clean it by blending with soapy water but I tend to wash the blade section immediately after use and then put the little protector over it while I'm using the cup, then just add soapy water to the cup and shake it up. If you have limited kitchen space this is the blender for you, it takes up no space at all! It looks good, feels good and does the job. So far we've just used it for milkshakes and smoothies, we're going to try salad dressings next because apparently you can make a great home-made mayo in it! The only tiny drawbacks are that sometimes it needs two cycles to fully blend fruit down (not a major issue) and it does need charging fairly often. That said, it charges very quickly so not a problem. Highly recommend, it's worth the money!

I've been really impressed with this portable blender. The battery life is excellent and lasts through multiple blends before needing a recharge, making it ideal for work, the gym, travelling or anywhere you don't have access to a plug socket. I've mainly used it for protein shakes and fruit smoothies, and it blends them quickly with a smooth consistency. The 530ml capacity is a good size for a single serving, and it's easy to clean by blending a little warm water with washing up liquid. The only minor downside is that it's a little louder than I expected, but that's understandable considering how much power it has for such a compact blender. Overall, the convenience, performance and battery life make it an excellent purchase, and I'd happily recommend it.

I love my ninja blast, its fab! I use it everyday to take to work with me. It's very versatile and can be taken anywhere, small enough to pop in my bag. I love the colour of it. The battery life is good, can get about a week or so of breakfast blends before it needs charging again and has a 500ml capacity. It's very durable and long lasting! Highly recommend it!

I was bought one of these as a birthday gift and it lasted about a year before the battery stopped performing as well and needed recharging every other use. I bought a new one myself in March 2026 and already the battery charge has reduced dramatically resulting in me needing to recharge it every few uses which it should not be doing. In terms of ease of cleaning I love how easy this process is. Generally speaking it blends really well but I’ve found it’s struggled more and more with blending simple frozen berries such as blackcurrants, redcurrants, raspberries and cherries and jams repeatedly. Possibly to do with the battery life? I do think the ability to have a rechargable smoothie maker is great because I can prep the blender with my milk, protein powder and fruit and then blend when I get to work, by which time the fruit has softened but I just don’t think the battery is reliable enough to make it more reliable than a mains powered blender with portable cup.

Mixe bien par contre il faut le charger plus souvent

Ich nutze den Ninja Blast nun seit einiger Zeit und bin insgesamt sehr begeistert. Zwar ist er nicht ganz günstig, aber der Preis ist in meinen Augen gerechtfertigt, weil die Mixleistung wirklich hervorragend ist. Auch härteres Obst lässt sich ohne Probleme verarbeiten, was bei vielen anderen kleinen Mixern nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sehr praktisch finde ich, dass der Behälter direkt als Trinkflasche genutzt werden kann – man muss den Inhalt also nicht extra umfüllen. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Zum Abschrauben muss man den Mixer auf den Kopf drehen, sonst läuft Flüssigkeit aus. Das ist mir einmal passiert und hat eine kleine Sauerei verursacht. Vermutlich ist das konstruktionsbedingt, aber man sollte es im Hinterkopf behalten. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Reinigung: Alles, was nicht akkubedingt ist, kann problemlos in die Spülmaschine gegeben werden. Das habe ich schon mehrmals gemacht, und der Mixer hat es super ausgehalten. Die Fläche mit dem Messer lässt sich gut mit Wasser abspülen, allerdings sollte man hier wirklich vorsichtig sein, da die Klingen sehr scharf sind. Das Gehäuse mit der Batterie darf man natürlich nicht unter laufendes Wasser halten – ich habe nicht getestet, ob es wasserdicht ist, und würde es auch nicht riskieren. Sehr positiv ist außerdem die Sicherheit und Bedienung: Das Gerät startet nur, wenn alles korrekt eingerastet ist. Außerdem stoppt es automatisch, wenn der Mixvorgang abgeschlossen ist, kann aber bei Bedarf verlängert werden. Die Lautstärke ist angenehm und nicht störend. Durch die kompakte Größe eignet er sich perfekt für unterwegs. Er wird per USB-C geladen und der Akku hält erstaunlich lange. Für Smoothies oder Shakes zwischendurch ist er absolut empfehlenswert.

Durchdacht und funktional! Für unterwegs, beim Campen genau so gut wie für den morgendlichen Smoothie daheim! Einfach zu reinigen, alles Spülmaschinenfest! Wer sowas sucht, sollte das Teil kaufen!!

I love this so much. The battery dies fairly quickly but I don’t even care it’s so handy. I’ll get 2 days out of it, so basically two smoothies and washing it then before it dies but it’s so convenient I don’t mind. Strong blade, I do a banana, frozen fruit mix and protein powder with water and it blends like a charm. Perfect size when filled to the max line. Very very happy with it overall.
