Clear call quality
I used these headphones to listen to audiobooks during my free time and at work during conference calls. they work well in both situations. The removable mic is a neat feature, and it snaps and securely. When the mic is removed, there’s a void that you can fill with a plug. Extra plugs are supplied in the package.I tested this product for a week, and all coworkers I called reported good call quality. There are no earbuds. Rather, the speakers rest on your ear. The audio was still good, and I could wear them for longer because there were no earbuds to apply pressure for long periods of time. They are relatively comfortable, and I sometimes forget I am wearing them. They are also quite good for leisure, listening, such as an audiobook or music. The only drawback would be the connecting band, which is quite stiff. If you are listening to an audiobook and you rest your head against the back of the couch, for example, the connecting band is stiff enough to push the speakers forward off of your ears. If you forget you’re wearing them and lean back, they can draw you out of the book you’re reading. However, this can be easily solved by moving the connecting band lower down your neck. I did not attempt to wear them while biking or running, though they do fit securely. I did not detect any noise canceling. All in all, these are great headphones that fit my needs. I recommend them to anyone wanting wireless headphones without earbuds and a low profile, and to anyone who wants a headset with a clear microphone and clear audio.

Very Good Value
This is a nice headset that meets my criteria: (1) nothing in the ear, (2) lightweight and comfortable, (3) good sound quality and (4) microphone noise cancellation. Regarding noise cancellation, those I call can hear some of the sounds around me when I'm outside, but not enough to interfere with the calls. I really like not having earbuds in my ears. I also like the unique feature of being able to remove the microphone boom when I'm just listening to music. The sound quality is good for general listening, and charging is accomplished with a standard USB-C connector. In my opinion, the headset is well-made and a very good value.

Good quality headset with a great quality mic
The G9 headset seems to be quite good. The on ear speaker quality seems good and the mic quality seems outstanding. I'm told phone calls are the clearest the recipients have heard. I love the detachable mic but I wish the cap/ cover was magnetic as well to make it easier to attach. The sizing of the overall headset seems perfect and it rests very nicely on the ear. The main drawback is the hard plastic against the ear surface. Without a foam or leather covering it bruises the center part of my ear (on the surface) that it rests against. The bluetooth quality is average with the distance quickly being reduced by walls and head position. I've found some cut out at merely 25 feet with obstacles but I've gotten well over 100 feet with a clear view. The battery life seemed exceptional. With 8 hours of music and phone calls I still had 60% battery life.Overall, this headset is a winner.

Light, simple to pair and control, great for phone and streaming
Light, one hardly remembers it is being worn. Just about pairs itself. Wonderful answer to a handsfree headset for office, home, or car. I've used it for all those purposes. In fact, I can't find a situation in which I'd be disappointed in their performance. Easy to pack for travel, too. The boom is an excellent answer to having a boom, or not. For telephone work it is perfect. A magnetically attached boom, providing the ability to remove it when I want it out of the way - it still has an excellent mic for the occasional call. Noisy location, simply place the boom on and talk. Previously I've had two headsets; one with a boom, the other when a boom isn't necessary. This is all-in-one!

Decent quality and works fine
I bought this to stay away from in the ear or on the ear kind of earphones/head phones. These ones work fine and no issues with connecting or using them.I have faced 2 issues in past several weeks which may not be a non issue for many but thought of sharing still:1. These headphones pick up every tiny noise in the surrounding so make sure you are sitting in a quiet room and your listeners won’t face any issues then2. If you placing these headphones near ear bones for longer duration i.e. 2hrs plus, you may feel slight discomfort otherwise all good

Great multipoint Bluetooth, comfortable and good sound
These are really good open ear headphones. I have used this model for a few weeks now. The multipoint connection is very stable and switches back and forth between my laptop and cellphone very well. The sound is very good and the boom mic isolates and picks up my voice well. The open ear design allows me to hear what is going on around me per design. If you are looking for noise cancelling these are not for you. They are for calls and online meetings all while maintaining environmental awareness. The magnetic detachable boom microphone is very good and easy to use with a very crisp positive connection. I do really like that you have the option to remove the boom to use it more as headphones without the conspicuous boom sticking out of you want to. I use it mainly for work so I rarely remove the boom, but it's there as an option. Compared the to G3 model, I do miss the on-boom mute switch on the G3 which is nice for being able to mute without having to click on screen or hit the keyboard, which is good if you are on a call walking or maybe want a quick mute without having to find the mute on multiple screens. The battery life is good but not as good as the G3. Overall I really like these and they are now my daily work headphones due to their comfort, good sound quality and responsiveness.

Love the G9 model
I now have both the G2 and G9. I work full time remotely from home and car. Much of my day is filled with video or phone calls, or dictating text and email. I needed an alternative to earbuds and over-the-head sets, and decided to try the G2 first, followed by the G9. I liked the G2, but I LOVE the G9.Small tweaks were made to the G9 (from G2) on how the earpiece fits over the ears which made a ‘world of difference’ to the comfort - much better!Usage is simple and easy, and Bluetooth connection is lightning quick. The G9 also connects to BOTH my laptop and phone at the same time, so I’m always ready to take/make calls with either device. No switching required! The sound quality for call/zoom/dictation is excellent, and the mic provides quality transmission. No ear fatigue: I can wear the G9 all day without fatigue or discomfort and sometimes forget it’s even there. The magnetic connection between mic and headset is strong, so unless it’s forcibly removed, it doesn’t come off. The G9 is pliable and folds easily into a pocket (this is where it’s handy to remove the mic). The mic also turns in a full circle (360°), an improvement over the G2. For activities not requiring the mic, it can be removed. Reattaching the mic is literally a ‘snap’.Notably, I tried the G9 on a flight to watch movies, but I could also hear everything around me. The G9 is well designed to fit lightly over the ears and give full hearing access to your environment. For aircraft, I’d still recommend an over-the-ear noise cancelling set of headphones that filters out the noise around you.If you’re looking for a quality product to use on the go, at home or office, the G9 is priced right and worth trying. I’m glad I did!

Quality and Great Product
After purchasing the upgraded G9 headset, I realised a great difference between the previous versions exist. The sound quality is fantastic and very clear. It’s amazing for music with great base. When making calls, you can hear the other person clearly. The boom is very easy to detach or attach. It is magnetic. Even without the boom, I am able to have a nice conversation and the other people can hear me well.It is comfortable and light to wear. I love the white colour though…It has a unique appearance that made it really cool. Also, it can be paired with more than one device at a time. It works on laptop and phones. Switch between the two devices is seamless. If I am on the laptop and the phone rings, it automatic switch to the phone, so I can take the call, if I want to. Pairing was easy. You should try it too…

Good value for an office headset
Overall, for the price, these are a very good headset for work, which is what I'll use them for. I have much more expensive headsets too, that have better sound quality for both voice (mic) and music, but this headset is a good and inexpensive option for work. I plan to leave this at the office, while keeping my expensive ones at home.Other notes:• The headset is very lightweight, and quite compact.• Didn't come with a case or bag.• Feels pretty sturdy. I would just throw these into my backpack, and I think it’ll survive well.• The headband feels like metal cable wrapped in rubber. Feels sturdy, and holds its shape well.• Comes with 3 spare rubber covers for the boom mic attachment point, but I think it would have been better to attach the rubber cover to the headset somehow.• USB-C charging is a plus, and it charges fast• Manual is quite detailed• Built-in mic for when you don’t have the boom mic connected• the LED is only visible close to on-axis; if you’re off axis, have to pick it up or move on-axis to check charging status.• Boom mic arm only reaches my cheek.• Magnet is strong, but in a backpack, the boom might come off.• You can rotate the boom out of the way.• Feels very light when worn. Comfortable at first, but after wearing these for an hour, they were still okay to keep wearing, but there was slight discomfort where the rigid plastic of the drivers (not the ear hooks) was resting on my ears.• Very secure. They don’t slip when moving around. Could probably run with them but haven’t tried.• Because it has a neckband, it doesn’t go on top of the head and mess up your hair.• Sound quality is great and clear for meetings and calls. For music, not so great: lacking in bass, but can be equalized to be acceptable. Definitely not audiophile headphones, but they're not meant to be.• As expected (it's not a closed design), there’s sound leakage. When playing a training video at normal volume, in a quiet room, sound leakage was just audible from 2 metres away. Others might not hear it in an office with A/C running or other white noise, but if office is very quiet, others might hear it. When playing music semi-loud, leakage was audible from a few metres away.• Voice quality when using the boom mic is good but not as good as my best (much more expensive) headsets with boom mics. When using the built-in mic, voice quality is still fine for meetings and calls, but there is a bit of echo/reverb (same as all my other headsets with no boom mic).• Battery life in actual use is very good. I wore them for a training video for an hour, then listened to music for an hour. Still 80%.edit: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5, because the few little shortcomings are more than offset by the price. Also, I wore these for 2-3 hours continuously today, and the discomfort on my ears was just minor. Not really a problem.

Works well!
I purchased this item because I was intrigued by the magnetic mic boom. I mostly listen to audiobooks, but also like to take a call here and there (so I don't need the mic all the time). This headset fits well and the audio quality is great (the volume can be turned up very high). However, the only thing I don't like about it is the shape of the ear pieces. This particular shape just presses on my ears and after several hours of wearing will give me a bit of a headache. This might not be a concern for everyone though. One way to fix this, I've discovered, is to use those soft ear covers over top.I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call but didn't have the mic arm attached. The person on the other side could hear me just fine, and once I attached the boom, they said they could even hear me better with no background noise. This headset also has physical buttons instead of touch buttons - this is always a plus for me, because then I don't accidentally press buttons. Overall, it is a great product and has long battery life!
