I thought they would be bigger but they emit enough light that the size is fine. They charge all day and light up at dusk. When I leave for work early in the morning (6a.m.) they are still lit so the solar charges lasts longer than I expected. I placed these on my fence and would like to purchase more for my steps.

Had them three days, and so far I’m happy with them! Not terribly bright, but definitely an improvement on my dark front porch. Opted to use the sticky pad instead of screws on my old, weathered iron railing. I have no doubt I’ll need to replace them when another decent hail storm comes through, but that is of no fault of the lights. I’ve already ordered another set to give to my dad for Father’s Day.

The lights look great on my backyard fence. Simple installation . Customer service went above and beyond due to a minor issue. I highly recommend these lights and this company!!

I ordered these lights to replace the ones we had on our deck last season. After the rain & snow we had during this past winter several of the lights were knocked off the deck or broken. These were almost exactly the same as the ones we previously so had so I ordered. I like that there were 16 in the package so it gave me the choice to decide if I wanted to use w on each rail section of the deck or just 1. We opted to use just one. We didn’t screw them in just used the double sided tape. They have been on since the middle of April and we have had a ton of rain & wind since and none of them have come off. They all light up with no issues. I took 1 star off because they aren’t that bright. As you can see from the pictures at dusk they look nice, but once it’s dark they don’t really light up the deck as much as I was hoping. They aren’t as dark as the last 2 pictures lead you to believe but they aren’t as bright as I would have liked. Since I only put 1 light on each rail section I may just put 2 since I do have the extras.

Perfect .. they are not super bright and they cast a soft and beautiful shadow.. really nice when sitting out on the back patio

I was looking for some unobtrusive lights for my fence line and the reviews said these were great for that use. They weren't. They are very slim profile and sat snugly against the fence top, but the light output was very low. You can see the light against the very top of the fence, but the light that filtered down to the ground (which is where I needed it the most) was very low. I couldn't see my feet in the grass under this light. I liked the lights themselves and ended up putting them on some outdoor steps and they work very well in those spots.
