Favorite Gym Journal
Great workout journal. Thick pages, spiral is wide enough to hold a pen and it's just a great way to track workouts. I've bought this journal twice now and will repurchase again once I run out of pages in my current one. Has everything you need!

Love this fitness journal. I already bought a second one as I am almost done with my first. Easy to use; lots of room to write, and the size is perfect.

Best planner I have ever invested in.
I love buying planners…but I never end up using them. Well maybe for a week, but that’s about it. I have LOVED this planner and use it all the time. I like that I can fill in all the things and create my workouts. As a personal trainer I don’t need someone to make workouts for me, but I need a way to keep track of what I’ve done and my progress; be it weight, reps or tempo. I plan out my workouts for the week then fill in the important stuff during my rests. This book is perfect. I will absolutely buy it over and over when I’ve filled up the pages in the one I have.

Keep Track of All Your Workouts Easily.
This gym workout notebook is awesome. I used to use a composition notebook with graph ruling, but this has been an excellent discovery. i'll buy again once i finish all the pages.

Worth it!
I got this for my husband as a christmas gift. He loves it and uses it every time he works out. It is a great size and once you get use to the format he said it is really easy to use. The pages feel really nice and it is a good quality paper/cover. As time goes, we will see about the durability but the spiraling is done well so i think it will last a long time. Super functional!
