My dad recently had nephrostomy bags placed and he was very self-conscious of them. He wouldn’t leave the house and walked around with his robe turned inside out to hold the bags on each side. I found these underwear and he loves them. He uses them and are not bulky under his sweatpants or jeans. They hold the bags in place, and the waist size can be adjusted so a ballpark size from the size chart on the webpage is fine. I strongly recommend these for anyone who has nephrostomy bags. A must have for sure.

These are great underwear esp instead of rubber or Velcro thigh straps which slip down. A reasonable value as a 2 pack vs another single similar neph boxer underwear for a higher individual price.

Ordered my normal XL ... way too small, could not to begin to get the garment on. Buyer be alert.
