Great value but not USB-C
Misleading title basically means that they pack it with a USB-C adapter but the port on the product is the same old Micro USB + Power that all these products have had for10+ years now.Otherwise I trust WD more than any other driver manufacturer and the price for 5TB is a bargain.

Neat little unit.
A neat little unit which I bought hoping that the included backup software will be faster than Kaspersky which I am currently using. Looks good so far as it allows a selection of different types of backup; Full, incremental etc and a lot of options that I would never have thought of. I'm hoping that this part remains free to use as the advanced offering which I don't need is $40/year. The lead could do with being longer too. All external HDDs seem to be supplied with a 50cm lead; Too short to be of any use to me.

Preisleistung ist vollkommen OK
Verwende die Festplatte nur als Ablage für meine Importieren Fotos in Lightroom um diese über einen Zeitraum noch aufzubewahren. Ich habe die Festplatte verschlüsselt und verwende sie mit macOS. Geschwindigkeit ist halt wie für eine USB Festplatte vollkommen in Ordnung. SIe wird etwas warm was auch nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Preis war hier um knapp 20 Euro mehr als bei der zweiten die ich nun für die Timemachine bestellt habe.Für meine Zwecke ausreichend und bin vollkommen zufrieden damit.Über die langlebigkeit kann ich nichts sagen, meine andere Backup Platte für die alten LR Kataloge funktioniert nach wie vor einwandfrei sowie die paar 2 TB die ich verndet habe, ebenso.

Excelente solución
Funciono perfecto para guardar archivos de una windows 10 pc y usarlos en mi mac. El disco fue reconocido sin problemas por los dos sistemas, y la transferencia de datos bastante rápida comparadas con un USB normal.

Is not SATA DONT BUY IT
It’s useless doesn’t last, after a week of work and over 300Gb of videos it start making sounds, and it doesn’t work anymore is not for travel and is not SATA, it’s a lost of money and a non recoverable work
