This bottles missing 18 capsules

Counted the pills since this bottle felt xtra lite and it only has 42 capsules ,Not the 60 as the bottle says . I'm going to count them from now on. Being ripped off of 18 capsules just on this newly opened bottle . Makes me wonder how many other bottles had less than the 60 capsules.
