This is the best coconut water around! The sugar content for this flavor is a little high but worth it in my opinion for the hydration benefits. This is my go to drink after a hard workout or just being outside in the heat and humidity. Buying this bulk saves about 50 cents a can when purchased individually at stores. It is reminiscent of a favorite chocolate drink in yellow cans or boxes but better with the coconut twist. I have not been a fan of coconut water but this one does not overpower the flavor. I’ve never had the cans leak, even after dropping. I think this is a good value based on the benefits and flavor. Check out the other flavors as well- you will be very pleased!
