This is 2nd set I have ordered. Used these to create water stations for the chickens. Worked perfectly. Easy to install and adjust to level I wanted for water shut off. Good design and value for the money. Will be my go to again if I add more water locations.

I watched a TikTok on these items and then looked them up on Amazon. The price was very reasonable, so I ordered two. I used one on a self-waterer and I tried every trick from the manufacturer, but nothing would stop the flow of water. THESE WORKED! I had to do some slight modifications to the waterer, but within a half hour of easy work... success. I used the second one in the pasture water tank, and it works wonderfully.

The fittings make this worthless. The threads are so poorly milled that firmly tightened connections are so loose they _wobble_. No amount of teflon tape is going to seal the connection. Tried PTFE, which normally helps, but simply won’t seal. And the fittings provided terminate in a _male_ garden hose connector, meaning you have to buy a female-female adapter (~$10) to connect to a garden hose.

The float valve works great. The other hardware leaked no matter how much Teflon tape I used, so I just switched it out with brass hardware from my plumbing kit, and I was back in business. The system came with a bunch 6 of 8 silicon sleeves ( or bushings) that I found very interesting, but I couldn't figure out how to use them, and they weren't mentioned in the parts list or directions.

Decent but not perfect. The stainless steel build feels solid, and the valves do work to control the water level in my trough. Installation was fairly straightforward, but I did have some minor leaking around the threads and had to use extra Teflon tape to get a good seal. They shut off the water, but not always as smoothly as I expected—sometimes there’s a little overflow before it stops. For the price, it’s a functional solution, but it could be improved.
