This is a great product, and I like how easy it was to use.

This brush is a little messy when using but works really well. I feel my teeth are whiter and cleaner. However disappointed that I can not purchase the replacement brush head in the appropriate color from Amazon. Also they are fairly expensive.

My dental hygienist recommended it. It is a little different than my last electric toothbrush. I don't have to plug it in as often and is very easy to use. I like it and it works great for cleaning my teeth.

I've had several different types of electric toothbrushes over the years. I like going back to the shape of a conventional toothbrush. The feature of not being able to apply too much pressure is a nice feature. The timer telling you to switch quadrants is similar to the rest. At the end you get a rating how you did. There's no explanation for what you need to do to get 100%. I typically get 50% or 75% after doing the entire 2 minutes and can't figure out why. Better explanations are needed. The battery life seems very good.

The toothbrush lives up to the claim of soft bristles, but does a wonderful job at cleaning and maintaining oral health at the same time.

I just received my Pro a few days ago and opened the box yesterday. I was having trouble opening in the charging port and did not want to scratch it or break it since it was not opening with any ease. Searched to contact company to confirm a safe process to open the rubber flap and only found an option to text them, so I did. The item itself is probably the best I’ve tried and it was recommended by the dentist. However, there was/is no charger. I ordered a second device because I’d moved and thought it got lost during the move. But reading product posts on Amazon several others stated the same issue. I’ve contacted Amazon and waiting on seller and manufacturer to reply.
