First time ordering from Amazon US to the UK. Arrived quickly but surprised it wasn't dented, as was delivered in a paper bag. Nice cup and definitely huge and good at insulation. Very cute design and it's printed on properly and I reckon it'll stay put. I wanted a large cup without paying out for a Stanley and without getting one that was too cheap. Would be nice if cups like this came with a straw cleaner, but I am unsure if any typically do. Built solid and you wouldn't burn yourself if you held it by the body rather than the handle, although the handle is solid. Not spill proof, but none are. Although I noticed if you're carrying it whilst it's very full, you might spill a little bit from not holding it very steady. So if walking with it, don't fill it all the way up! Might be normal but have nothing similar to compare it to.

Very happy with the product however it had scratches and chips on it. Didn’t want to send back but need to be aware that this can happen

Straw was broken. Am happy to keep if a new straw can be sent asap.

Was very disappointed once the label was removed to find a chip in the paint detailing as this was an expensive item and wastes the design

Bought for my son he loves it keeps it cold and really good quality I bought a second one fory youngest I was impressed.
