Apadana Acid Free Unbuffered White Tissue Paper 30 Sheets 20 X 30 Inches

I cannot give an accurate review as yet, as it will take some time to see whether this product actually works. First, I need to wrap the tissue around the items I want to protect. Then I will check them in about a year, and give a more comprehensive review. For the moment, what I do like about it is that the package comes with a comprehensive list of things which ought to be protected by acid-free paper. Things I possess, but never even thought about using acid-free paper! I was originally going to use it only for heirloom vintage linens and lace. Now I understand that I should also use it for my christening gown, my wedding veil, my collection of old, unframed watercolor paintings, leather books (I recently found a family Bible with a very moldy cover!), vintage jewelry, and many, many more items. The sheets are large enough for almost anything.

Makers of many of the glass Christmas ornaments that I have purchased over the years recommended acid free paper for protection. These ornaments are very important to me, but of even more importance are the very old and very fragile ornaments that my kids made so many years ago. I have packed all of them in the Apadana Acid Free Paper in hopes that my sons will be able to share these memories in years to come if they have families. The paper is excellent quality and feels as heavy as the paper that was used by Inge-Glas to package the ornaments that I have acquired from their company. I will be ordering more in the future to protect family pictures and a very old family Bible.

Rating acid free tissue paper is hard to do. It was purchased to protect family heirlooms--a hand loomed blanket from the 1700's and a Bible from the 1800's that my family used as pioneers in the Kansas territory. No one will know how well the acid free tissue works until years from now when these items and others are unwrapped. Are they still in good shape, or has time done damage to these valuables? Tissue paper appears as pictured on the website.

Saved a lot by cleaning and preserving and storing the wedding dress myself

I read that the only way to keep my tablecloths in excellent condition was wrapping them in acid free tissue paper so I bought this paper for it with the certainty that it was really acid free. It comes folded in a bag. I will be sure that it works when time passes and my tablecloths don't get yellow, but up to now I'm happy with it. The package I bought was good for one and a half large tablecloth only, so measure well the area you need them for.

The acid free paper arrived quickly but it is so thin that it tears easily. It will not last to resuse as thin as it is. I have some that has been in use for years. I wished I had known how thin it is, I would of looked else where. Save your money.

Very pleased with Apadana acid free unbuffered tissue. It will help preserve vintage satin baby blankets and satin baby clothes. These items are over 70 years and we want to continue passing them down in the family. So glad I found out about the Alabama tissue

I collect vintage linens; some from family but mostly at estate sales. Each piece I clean, dry, and then wrap in acid free paper.This product; Apadana Acid Free was recommended by a number of people who collect vintage linens. I am pleased so far.
