Hard to put on, but work ok along with ear plugs.

Covers whole of the ear but water can still get in. I pressed a flannel against the item while I washed my hair, this, for me, assured a fairly good seal. Not an ideal way to wash your hair but needs must and there isn’t much better on the market - so would still recommend.

These are not great but I dont think you will find anything better. I have a trick, which can sound excesive but it works for me. I put on some silicon earplugs, then I put on top these caps, and then I use a elastic band (the kind for braids, the small ones, which are quite elastic) and boom, all set up for baths and showers. With earplugs alone I found it quite annoying because they get too wet and begin to pop out, caps alone will do nothing and its elastic is not tight but also there's no way around the part of the ear that meets the face.. how you seal it there! Boom, elastic band aside helps a lot! (also with avoiding the cap moving, so you can wash your hair in a comfy way) Some water gets in the outter ear anyway, as plastic is not water proof and also seal is not perfect, but never inside, which at the end is the objective! The elastic bands bit, i have to say if you're like me and spend quite a LOoOoong time under the shower, then when you remove it, ear is a bit sore of the pressure of the band, but hey! is what it is!

These covers are ideal for when colouring my hair so don’t end up with staining on them. Have also been helpful for keeping new piercings covered while washing hair to keep the shampoo away. Yes, water will get into them so if you’re looking for something to stop water entering your ears then this product isn’t it. But it’s perfect for what I wanted at a very reasonable price. This is my second purchase of them and had no issues with quality.

I’ve purchased these several times as have to try to stop water getting into ears during shower. They have always been fine, but this time either the manufacturing has change or they’ve made the ear dimension much bigger. Unfortunately I will now look for different brand. No good when they just drop off whilst showering. Added Unless your ears are enormous now totally useless have thrown nearly a whole packet away, real shame. Now looking for different brand hopefully don’t all come out of same factory!!

No more do I need to worry about getting hair colouring on my ears nor indeed water in the ear itself. These fit beautifully and certainly do the job that they are supposed to

What an ingenious product - 2 little mini shower caps for your ears! They look horrid but they have worked brilliantly for me when I wash my hair & they are a great barrier for not allowing water into my ears. Will definitely buy again.

Bought this as i had a surgery and needed to cover my ear while showering and i would say it really doesn't make a difference, water still seep in. Will stick to the vaseline and cotton wool. This would be more useful if you are dyeing your hair

These are really, really helpful. I tried them, they are fairly snug and will stay put if you need them for some normal activity like hair coloring, makeup application, a shower or bath, etc. Of course, these are temporary, disposable covers - they are not meant to last ten days in the shower. They are plastic and not too thin, actually. I expected something even thinner than cling-wrap thin and cheap. The elastic is not tight tight but secure. I really like these and will reorder. Perfect for what I need and serve the exact purpose stated for.

I tried these first time and they worked great , put them on before starting the colour, to protect my ears , when I washed off the colour took them off , I knew that it wouldn’t stain my ears since I was washing off the colour and the colour has developed to max colour, very pleased with it , I even shared some with my sister-in-law that lives far from me and her daughter colours her hair , would buy again
