A Reliable brand of the B6 Vitamin, read why...
The Pure brand is very reliable in my opinion. I take L-5 MTFH which is the 'broken down' version of folic acid. The B vitamin "Folic acid" is CRUCIAL -especially for pregnant women. However, if a person has a defect in their MTHFR gene , it' means he/she cannot process folic acid in both food and supplements . I read around 20% of people has as a defect in their MTHFR gene which can increase a woman's risk of having a baby with birth defects. I know, for it happened to my baby son who is now an adult and still struggles.

Tremendous Supplement
Tremendous product. I’d suggest only taking 1/2 capsule a day and taking it with B12. Highly effective in raising folate levels.

Been using this for several years.
this is a good product, easy to swallow, no junk and effective according to labs. I've been using it regularly for about 5 years. I take Methotrexate so I have to supplement with Folate and this is my fav.

Seems to be working
As far as I can tell it is working. I have fibromyalgia and MTHFR so it seems to be working with the meds that I am taking.

Finally found the real thing.
First found this company’s Real B-12 supplement and how found real Folic Acid to take with the B-12 for absorption. And to wait 2 hours if you take a vitamin C supplement because vitamin C will dilute the B-12 if taken together. Will be buying again.
