Used this everyday on a cruise after applying primer. I did notice a reduction in oiliness after applying but I’m really unsure if I’d buy it again! I applied it once after foundation and it created patches in the makeup. Fine product, I like all the products I’ve used by this brand as someone with combo skin. I’m far more likely to buy the powder again. That is in my makeup holy grail for oily spots.

Great power! I use it as my finishing power on my forehead where my hair touches the skin. I use this power on top of my regular loose setting powder. It keeps my hair from sticking to my skin even on a hot humid day. You only need a tiny bit at a time so it lasts for a long time.

So for the very best results I would use this with a pore filling primer but even on its own this did a beautiful job of taking the shine of my very oily skin wayy down. I'm also pretty fair skinned and noticed a slight white cast upon application but it quickly went away leaving a blurred, soft finish. Great product!

I have used powder often to “set” my makeup, but I find that my skin will get super oily again soon after I apply it with other brands. This product is an absolute godsend.At first I wasn’t familiar with how to use this stuff, and it would always end up looking too white when I applied it. I moved to a warmer climate recently and my face is an oil slick, non-stop. Extremely frustrated, I was using oil blotting sheets, alone, and they would help control the shine and greasy, heavy feeling for a minute, but I was using them way too often, and then when I’d blot my face with them, some of my makeup would come off, even when applying gentle pressure.I recently remembered I had bought this and only used it a few times before, due to the fact that I couldn’t control how much powder went onto my face, and I would end up looking like I had been antiqued 🤭 But I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did.This time, I used a sponge, rather than the pad that came with this powder; although I love the applicator that came with it, and use it, on occasion, with my regular powder. I couldn’t believe how well this product actually worked! I realized that if I use a different sponge, I won’t be wasting product and causing the white effect on my face, as long as I just pat the powder in while using it sparingly. I am only applying it directly onto the worst areas on my face for oil, and then blending it out onto the rest of my face. This is how the product works best for me, and may not be the same for everyone.While I realize this powder is supposed to be translucent, I feel it may be too white for darker skin tones, despite the fact that it is a very fine consistency and blends into the skin well. My skin is fair and if it’s possible for it to look to pale on my face, I feel it may not work out for everyone, so please take this into consideration when ordering. I plan on mixing in a little of my regular powder with this stuff, which I think will help to achieve a more natural look that is even more matte.For the price of this powder, I feel it is worth every penny. There’s a decent amount of product in the container, but I plan to reorder when I see I am starting to run out, and I recommend this product to anyone with fair skin that is oily… of course, drinking water will help with evening out the skin, but I’m really bad at drinking enough (trying to do better lol), so this is a good item to have on hand if you struggle to drink enough water to keep skin healthy and smooth, like I do.

I have always been the oilest person I know, besides my daughter. I need to use an oil blotting sheet at most one hour after I apply makeup, and then every 1-3 hours after. Every other thing that's been recommended for me to try hasn't helped at all. Until this! I was blown away by how little oil I produce using this, and it works great for my daughter too. Das transparente Puder von Etude House gefällt mir sehr gut. Es mattiert die Haut schön und reduziert den Glanz deutlich, auch gegen Ende des Tages. Meine Dose ist inzwischen fast leer, deshalb sieht sie auf dem Foto etwas abgenutzt aus. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder kaufen!

This powder takes shine from your face without adding colour and doesn't leave a white residue.It doesn't settle in the creases under your eye and goes really well over concealer. You don't need a lot so even though it's a little pot I think it's going to last a while and replacing it isn't going to cost a fortune as its reasonably priced.Wherever you put it your skin feels like silk , it lasts for hours too. I don't think I'll use anything else now.

I use this at work just to help with the midday touch up. I use blotting paper first if the grease is bad.
