Good value phone, ideal for my elderly mother. Nice loud ringtone and speaker, large buttons and easy to use. 4g so a little future proof. Battery lasts a long time so doesn’t have to be replaced in cradle all the time.

I bought this phone for my elderly aunty, and it has been an excellent purchase. She found it very easy to use thanks to the large buttons and clear, bright screen. The menu is straightforward, and she was able to make and receive calls without any difficulty.The call quality is clear, and the battery lasts for several days on a single charge.

Great battery size, far better than most others.The back of the phone was extremely difficult to remove. I was worried in case I broke it. Setting the phone up was fairly straightforward, until I tried to add contacts and their numbers. There is also an option to add an icon for each caller, but that was impossible as well. The only 'Add' options were to save or exit, so nothing that would let you type in anything first. I tried every button, or combinations of buttons available to see if they would work. Nothing, nada, zilch, tipota,rien. I contacted the seller who basically gave me what the instructions (or what any Android phone user would already know how to do) but that didn't work either. The instructions are of limited use. Had this phone been able to add contacts etc, it would have been a 5 star review.

Bought for my elderly mother - her first phone. Over featured for the elderly and the ringer is not very loud at all even on the loudest setting. Fortunately it’s for emergencies so the ability to program individual numbers with a single press is great as is the emergency call button. That’s amazing. Unfortunately the charging cable pulled apart immediately due to the tinny metal which got stuck in the cradle. I reported it immediately but The company won’t replace individual bits. Good job we had a spare cable that did fit.

Bought this for my wife as she finds a smart phone too difficult to use and she has found this much easier. Works very well and sound quality is OK for old people with doubtful hearing!

It's an amazing product made for elderly. It has many brilliant features such as, it can be charged easily as the user just have to place his mobile on charging pod and it started charging. It also has an SOS button at the back of mobile as if the user press it for 5 seconds it sends emergency messages to the user's emergency contacts. It has a memory card option where a user can access audio and video files.I highly recommend to everyone. You should buy this for your elderly family member to stay in contact.

As of 8 months ago I require an easy to use big button phone. This model of the with charging unit seemed just right for me. Could replace my bulkier landline phone, save me money in the long term. It can be kept on the charger, has loud bell and squick dialling.It is used only for close family communication, and for the SOS button.When required today the phone failed. It will no longer connect to family or hold a charge.The charger works on my friends phone so definitely my mobile. It is useless. .Now wishing I had investigated more phones s for my age group.

Questo dà molta tranquillità sia a chi lo usa sia ai familiari.La base di ricarica inclusa è comoda perché evita l’uso di cavi, spesso complicati per le persone anziane.In generale, è un telefono pratico, sicuro e perfetto per le esigenze di un anziano.Lo consiglio a chi cerca un dispositivo semplice, con funzioni essenziali e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

J'ai acheté ce téléphone pour mes parents (+ de 70 ans) et voici ce que je peux en dire après 1 semaine d'utilisation.Ce téléphone convient parfaitement aux personnes âgées pour recevoir et émettre des appels, et recevoir et émettre des sms courts... Mais c'est à peu près tout. (et c'est suffisant dans bien des cas)Concernant les points positifs :- Les touches sont grosses, et elles font du bruit, ce qui permet de facilement appuyer dessus. La touche 5 est bien mise en relief, et l'écran est assez grand, donc facile de lire dessus.- Le bouton SOS, situé à l'arrière du téléphone, et très pratique et permet de facilement appeler de l'aide ou envoyer un message, et pas seulement aux services d'urgence (que certaines personnes âgées refusent d'appeler de peur de déranger), mais également à des contacts pré-enregistrés, ce qui permet une bonne communication rapide.- La lampe torche est très pratique et facilement activable depuis le clavier, et elle éclaire plutôt bien.- Le téléphone à un volume assez élevé, ce qui est pratique pour les personnes âgées.- Le téléphone se charge avec une prise USB-C.Les points négatifs :- Le fait de n'avoir qu'une flèche haut et une flèche bas complique grandement la tâche, et on s'y perd bien vite.- Il est très facile de déverrouiller le téléphone, mais pour le verrouiller, c'est un peu plus compliqué. Il faut un temps d'adaptation avant de prendre la main.- La qualité des photos est extrêmement mauvaise. Ne misez pas sur ce critère si vous comptez l'acheter pour un proche, car il s'agit plus d'un gadget que d'un réel appareil photo.- Le téléphone est très léger et a l'air plutôt fragile, à éviter donc pour les personnes âgées avec des difficultés de mouvement.Aussi, le téléphone est plutôt petit (cf. photos) ce qui peut être un avantage ou un inconvénient en fonction des situations.

Très bon téléphone pour personne ayant des problèmes de vue, d'audition et avec les nouvelles technologies.Acheté pour ma mère de 80 ans ayant des problèmes d'audition entre-autres. Elle n'entendait pas son ancien téléphone sonner si elle n'était pas dans la même pièce. Les touches étaient trop petites pour sa vue.Elle était retissante à l'idée de changer de téléphone mais au final, elle en est ravie.Ce téléphone est vraiment pensé pour ce public.Les touches plus grosses et rétro-éclairées sont bien plus visibles.La sonnerie est très forte, le volume en conversation aussi.La station d'accueil de charge est vraiment pratique. Même si le téléphone tient bien la charge, elle n'a qu'à le poser comme un fixe.Mention spéciale pour le bouton SOS qui émet une alarme sonore d'urgence et contact le numéro que vous aurez choisi sans avoir à le composer.C'est le téléphone parfait pour les séniors qui n'ont pas besoin d'un smartphone. Il est sécurisant autant pour la personne concernée que pour les proches.Prévoir un adaptateur ou d'avoir conservé votre carte SIM et sa carte pour l'ajouter sur votre nano SIM.
