Cambro 22SFSCW135 Square Container 22 Quart Capacity, Clear

I purchased 2 of these to use with the Anova immersion circulator. Some other reviews said they needed to modify these containers and I did not find that to be the case. The Anova connects perfectly and is very stable. Although I could see why some people cut their cambros for more stability, this is not the case and the immersion circulator will clamp on tightly with minimal movement. The lid actually helps support the Anova as well. I paired this container with the matching lid listed here:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002PMV79E/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_19The lid fit perfectly and I used a dremel to cut the lid to fit around the Anova.The containers are clearly marked and very sturdy. The labels on them are super annoying but that is about the only thing I could say negatively about them.These containers would also be great for storing flour, sugar and other dry goods. If I had more pantry space, I would get 20 of these and not mess with smaller containers.

Perfect for holding large items like a marinating Thanksgiving turkey. Need to figure out other uses during the year, but this is the real deal chef's tool.

Wow. Heavy duty quality. The polycarbonate plastic is thick and super strong. It was perfect for brining a 15 lbs. whole turkey and I probably could have gotten a slightly bigger bird. I also bought the lid and the whole thing fit in my refrigerator for brining overnight.I used a 5 gal plastic paint bucket from a hardware store last year that didn't fit in my fridge so I had to ice it and monitor the temperature overnight. Also, I wasn't sure it was safe to use since it's not food-grade. So glad I found and bought this!!! I will be using this bucket from now on and... forever.

This is an absolutely huge container. I use this container to brine chicken in buttermilk. I can fit 4 chickens in here (deconstructed into wings, thighs, breasts, drumsticks). It's a great container that doesn't overwhelm my fridge with wasted space. I didn't purchase a lid for this container because i just cover with saran wrap when brining (12 - 24 hours). I also love that this can fit in my dishwasher when I am done.I think you could fit a smaller ~10lb whole turkey in here vertically. The limiting factor is the width/depth of the container.Thanks for taking the time to read my review, and I hope you found it helpful in making a purchase decision.

I purchased this Cambro storage container, with the hope of storing bulk flour in it; I knew it was a little small from my research for a 25lb bag. I planned on filling my smaller 8 quart container with the excess. However I have been able to get a full 25lb bag into this one container, it takes a bit of settling to get it all in there but I have been able to get 25lbs of flour into this one container.This container feels very durable, and the handles on the side make it easy to carry around, even when full.This unit is BIG; it is hard to tell the size just by looking at the pictures or the specifications. The best way I know to describe the size is by comparison, it is as tall as a kitchen aid mixer (5-quart model) and just as deep. If you were to make a square outline with the depth and height of the kitchen aid mixer it would closely match the overall size of this container.

I bought this to use with my Anova sous vide cooker. It's probably a bit larger than I needed. I could have gotten by with a 12 qt. This container is fairly sturdy, but have 2 minor issues with it - 1) The label on the container didn't come off cleanly. 2) The red markings on the side have discolored in a weird and random way. I don't recall if it came this way or happened during use.

I was surprised by how great the product was. Usually these types of larger food storage containers are flimsy and not really sturdy. But not this one! Please note that the lid is sold separately. So need to order that next. Overall im happy with the container and can't wait to use it

Bought as a brining bucket and works like a charm. Just the right size for decent sized turkeys. Also bought a lid to seal it. Pleased with this purchase.
