Yes. It is soft and full. I washed, conditioned and stored my hair to be used in another install.

Q: What length for breast length hair (closer to bra strap) I am 5’7?

I got 18 inches but I’m 5’2 it came past my bra strap if you’re talking about the one in the mid back? You should get 20 or 22 inches if it comes that long

Q: Can the 14inch do a whole head?

Depending on how thick your hair is, and how many braids. I was able to do my whole head with just one order, but I do have fairly thin hair.
