Must Watch Video. I am starting the Red Light Therapy at my local fitness gym. I needed a pair of protective eye glasses. I really like the full coverage of all of my eye area. Through the lens, the lights inside my house look green. I think that these glasses will work good for my red light therapy sessions. UPDATE: This week, I did my very first session of the Red Light Therapy at the fitness gym. I did a 10 minute session. These glasses make all the red lights to look the color green. The red light was blocked from the sides and blocked from the top and blocked from the bottom of my eyes. I am happy with these glasses ! I appreciate the black case to keep the glasses clean and from being broken.
