Affordable , Useful . This Chinese copy is Mil-Spec. Just Like the one.I used in the USMC back in 1990 to 1996. Well worth The purchase price. Great for many outdoor events and Daily use ! All thanks to the Seller and Amazon. Will Purchase Many more as gifts to my Employees.

Honestly it’s durable, I can stuff my knife for fishing in the slits. I can also say it’s very heavy duty and I bands have a firm fit too! 10 out of 10!

Would be a 5 star Map Pouch except for one thing!
This is a great arm-mount map pouch and something that will be used often. Here are a few things that I like,1. The main clear area is large enough to fold a Search and Rescue 1/4 section map in half and have areas of interest clearly visible at a glance.2. I can grease marker areas on the plastic cover and then easily clean it off when SIC3. Double stitched so I am not worried about it coming apart.4. ample storage pockets for pens and other necessitiesWhat I do not like,This does not fit my upper arm comfortably. I have above-average Biceps (not bodybuilder arms by any means) and this will not fit my upper arm. It is fine on my forearm. This is a minor complaint but having something on my forearm all the time does get in the way. The elastic straps are very good just not enough of it to allow it to fit larger upper arms. And only because of this have to give it 4 stars.

pretty nice
holds most map sizes well. i had to refold one so it would fit because the map was too long. i have maps of my local airsoft feilds and of the terrain around my house and this holds them all. i have about 3 half size maps and one full size map and this thing holds all of them and keeps them nice and dry. overall 10/10

Phone Pouch
I use this “documents holder” as a phone pouch when I run. It is very snug on my bicep (in a good way) and keeps my phone locked down tight while I attempt to keep my heart in shape. My phone has never even shifted in the pouch, let alone fallen out. The pouch isn’t the most comfortable thing in the world on bare skin, but it works great over a sleeve, so I found it particularly useful early this winter when I was jogging in long sleeves. I can’t speak to its intended function as a map pouch or documents holder, but I am sure it does its job.
