These are wonderful and flavorful freeze dried Miso soup packets!I love how easy they are to make, just heat up an electric kettle or boil water. You can put them in a bowl or a mug to eat. The vegetables are surprisingly high quality for being freeze dried. My favorite is the Napa Cabbage in both taste and texture.They are perfect for a pick me up, light meal, and are easy to season if you need a little extra oomph to the flavor. I recommend adding a shake of onion powder and a dash of soy sauce to make it a little more savory.It's perfect for anyone who enjoys miso soups but dislikes the prep work of traditional soup cans.

the veggies are well cooked and the package dissolves so fast you can just make it in the microwave, great taste. i struggle with the low sodium aspect so i added just a little salt and it's good.

Extremely convenient just drop a pack into a mug at 8 ounces of hot boiling water. Instant snack for your tummy. That is extremely delicious.

I just tried this economical, low sodium soup for the first time and love the variety of delicious flavors. And it has the lowest sodium (17%) of any miso soup I've tried. Plus, it's so quick and easy to prepare.

As someone who developed a gluten sensitivity in the past decade, they are great. I usually eat them as expected, but I found that they can even function as instant ramen flavoring, which is hard to find when you buy your noodles and flavoring separately.

The most horrible soup. I made my husband a cup of this soup and he about gagged. I teased him about it then I tasted it. It was terrible. The smell. Must be the tuna that is in all of the flavors. This is a 1 time buy. We both really like miso.
