I bought this Preethi Luxe 3 Burner Glass Top Gas stove in the month of Jan 2025 and we used normally but the burner becomes black after few days also we notice if didnt use for few days also its again become black, Also if we wash also it wont disappear and its not turn to original colour. Also 4 side leg pushes are very small one If you turn to high, sim or off it will touch the surface. (Very less gap between our kitchen table top & gas stove). I have raise complaint in Preethi customer care but the Engineer without visiting he called and asking the details and he says normally the burner will become black. I said we used other gas stove for more than 15 years it wont change the colour but he didnt accept, My worry is if we wash also it wont be normal or original colour again. My suggestion Please don't buy this product and no proper customer service also.

The media could not be loaded. The glass stove is very compact, it uses less space and is very lightweight. Yet the build quality of glass is strong as well as overall build, that's why it also comes with 2 years glass and burner warranty. The burner are very efficient as you can see in the video that the flame is not red but blueish, and it's been a week of use yeh the burner is still in gopden colour which proves the high quality of burners.

Value for money , good packing and the product from Preethi is also very good. 5 yr warranty is also another benefit.

The media could not be loaded. All the stands are so unstable.. it's shaking with a smaller or big vessel because of the worst design. The stand has to be a fixed one. Wondering which idiot has designed such a worst product. Being a daily necessity, when we are buying from a branded company a basic point is being compromised. I wonder whether these company people even put to a single use before releasing in market. Waste of money.
