Broken dish
The dish holder for the soap was broken. Not sure how to proceed. I want the new dish and have already used the soap. Does not give option to replace broken item?

As a Christmas Gift
I purchased this set as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-laws mother. She was very happy as she said Laura Ashley is a very good brand. I was happy I could give her this present as a Christmas Gift.

nice gift
I sent this gift to my aunt. It was displayed nicely in the caddy. The first item arrived with the pump broken. I returned and Amzon sent the second package straight to my aunt.

Nice Product, bad shipping
Purchased the first set and it arrived with the ceramic dish broken and the pump broken off one of the bottles. I had to send back broken ceramic pieces to get a replacement. The replacement also came broken. The soap is nice and would love to display the set in my guest bathroom but they don't know how to ship something breakable. Its a shame

Supposed to be a nice gift set with ceramic dish with a bow. It was just two loose bottles that were dirty lose in a box with no dish or wrap. Not worth the money
