I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a cordless drill/electric screwdriver as it’s not something I would be using a lot, but I needed it to be good enough quality and meet the minimum specifications required to tackle some jobs in the garden that would be awkward with my corded mains-operated drill. I was pleased to find this tool could remove rusty screws that have held a gate in place for 20 years and allow me to drill into solid mahogany. I found it light and easy to operate. I purchased it while a discount was on offer and so the price was amazing given that it has two batteries and a generous selection of accessories. The case design is good as everything slots easily back into place after use, meaning you don’t spend ages at the end of a job trying to do the equivalent of a jigsaw puzzle. I always read reviews before buying and had slight reservations in that there were no really negative comments in relation to this drill; generally there is always someone who can find fault. However I am pleased to say on this occasion that overall customer appreciation is a true reflection of a decent product. I have also found the company support-line very helpful and their email response time is super (I’m such a dinosaur I don’t have a smart phone to read the QR codes on the User Manual, and they immediately sent me the URL address). Big thumbs-up from me!

I purchased this Cordless Hammer Drill recently and am very pleased with it. It is sturdy, robust and reliable. It has a good range of settings for various difference jobs and comes with two batteries as well as lots of drill and screwdriver bits. Following my purchase, I contacted Customer Service with a question and communication was excellent. They were very quick and helpful. I would definitely buy from this company again and highly recommend their products.

It's surprising how well it works for the price, I'm very impressed. I needed a drill for drilling into brick, and this does it effortlessly. The fact it comes with bits too and two batteries is great, and the batteries do show the battery life on them individually. Really good, would recommend, though I will not be using this tool heavily so I cant comment on durability/longevity. It does seem well built enough though. The only slight downside i would say is the battery slide-on locking mechanism has a tendency to jam or not lock-in sometimes, its a little finicky. Not to the point of being a major concern, but its worth mentioning. The mechanism is on the battery itself too, so a different battery would not have this issue.

I purchased this item less than four months ago and actually only started using it within the last two weeks as I moved home and needed to install new frames after a few few days of using the drill it stopped working mid use, and then try to charge both batteries for an extended period of time and after which they are only showing half a charge and when put back onto the drill would only allow it to move for 5 to 10 seconds really disappointed in this purchase so if you want to buy a drill that stops working after 5 to 10 seconds purchase this.
