Not cleaned.
No idea, if it is half fried in ghee, you need to remove shells of this fish and also clean the stomach. I thought it will be ready to cook fish, but takes some time for cleaning it properly. Also some bugs wee there, required to keep under sun for some time. Also seller should give some information about cleaning and preparation etc.
